1. Price:Our company will make every effort to maintain price stability, and all prices are in RMB. If there are any price changes, no further reminders will be given. The order is valid for 30 days from the date of signing.
2. Order Change/Cancellation:If the buyer modifies or adjusts some terms or conditions in the order, it should be based on voluntary and friendly negotiation between both parties. Otherwise, the buyer has no right to change or cancel the signed order.
3. Declaration of Goods Transportation:When the buyer receives the goods, please check the item number, packaging specifications, quantity, and appearance of the goods as soon as possible, and store them properly according to the product storage requirements. If there is any damage, missing or other quality issues, please contact our customer service immediately. All issues must be reported to our customer service personnel within 15 days after the buyer receives the goods.
4. Technical support: At the request of the buyer, FDC-Chemical can provide technical support and information for product after-sales. But unless there is a paper agreement, FDC-Chemical will not be responsible for the consequences caused by the technical support and information provided, and as the buyer of the user, they will be responsible for the consequences caused by the technical support and information. FDC-Chemical does not guarantee the technical support and information provided in any form, including any form of implication, the marketability of the product, and the intended use of the product. Any suggestions made by FDC-Chemical regarding the suitability of the product cannot be considered as implied.
5. Patent Disclaimer: FDC-Chemical does not guarantee that the use or sale of all products will not infringe upon the patent rights of the United States patent regulations or other related products themselves, in conjunction with other products, or in any operation process.
6. Returns and exchanges: If there are quality issues with the product, please contact our customer service personnel in a timely manner to conduct returns and exchanges. Without permission, returns are not accepted.
6.1 The following situations will not result in returns:
(1) Special specification products, customized products for customers
(2) Chemicals leaked or damaged by the buyer
(3) Products with blurred product labels caused by buyers that affect information recognition
(4) Refrigerated products that have not been properly stored according to product storage requirements and have been opened
(5) Products that cannot continue to be sold due to product damage during the return process
6.2 The buyer shall properly package the product. If low-temperature storage is required, corresponding low-temperature packaging is required. Otherwise, the buyer shall bear the losses on their own.
6.3 For all returns other than quality issues, we will charge a 15% handling fee for storage and testing, with a minimum of RMB 100.
